Adaptor Incorporated Adaptor Inc. has been manufacturing high quality American made products for the water and sewer industry since 1976. The company was started by Stan and Mike Gagas, a water and sewer contractor at the time. While having to deal with the frequent problems of not being able to key a valve because of a shifted valve box or the issues of inflow and infiltration into sanitary and storm manholes, they developed the ideas which led to the Adaptor Inc. product line.
