Gate Valve Adaptor Spec
All valve boxes shall be installed upon the valve with the use of a Gate Valve Adaptor as manufactured by Adaptor Inc. or an approved equal. The adaptor shall be installed in lieu of hardwood blocking and shall be incidental to the valve and box installations.
Gate Valve Adaptor shall be 1/4” steel with a UV Polyurethane protective coating and a 3/4” rubber gasket attached to the G.V.A.

GVA fits Tyler or equal 6860 series #6 or #160 base |
